1.1. These Sale Conditions apply to offers, orders and agreements Challenge4fun. By the conclusion of an agreement between the customer and Challenge4fun according to the procedure as described in this Purchase Terms, the customer accepts these conditions. Challenge4fun registered at the Chamber of Commerce in Tilburg with the registration number: 18,090,835
1.2. All rights and claims as stipulated in these Conditions of Sale, and any further agreements stipulated for Challenge4fun, are also stipulated for by Challenge4fun intermediaries and other third parties.
1.3. Deviations from these Conditions of Sale are only valid if agreed in writing with Challenge4fun.
1.4. Challenge4fun has the right to amend these Conditions of Sale and the contents of the Challenge4fun website.
2 Offers and agreements
2.1. All offers made on Challenge4fun website are free, even if they contain a term of acceptance. Challenge4fun reserves the right to withdraw offers. All offers subject to availability. Price changes are reserved. Delivery times and inventory is stated as accurately as possible. Challenge4fun can not be held liable for false product info or expected delivery times of products is also dependent on weather conditions Challenge4fun information from third parties.
2.2. An agreement between Challenge4fun and the customer is established after the customer has placed an order by fully completing the order form on the website of Challenge4fun. 3 Prices / tariffs and payment
3.1. All prices for the offered amounts are in Euros and include tax (VAT). For orders in the Netherlands will contribute to the handling and shipping of EUR 6.95 per order will be charged unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing. For deliveries outside the Netherlands different rates apply depending on weight and destination. This will be made in consultation with Challenge4fun price fixing. When paying with PayPal, the amount handling- and shipping costs in the Netherlands € 6.95 + 4% on the total amount including shipping. For deliveries outside the Netherlands for payments via PayPal apply any additional shipping charges depending on weight and destination + 4% on the total amount including shipping.
3.2. In case of non compliance by the customer of what was agreed regarding payment, Challenge4fun entitled the agreement with immediate effect to dissolve extrajudicially or to suspend its obligations and is entitled to the customer without giving any reason to refuse access to the Challenge4fun system.
4 Delivery / shipment terms
4.1. Deliveries will take place only within the Netherlands and within Europe, unless otherwise indicated on the website Challenge4fun or unless otherwise agreed.
4.2. The delivery time is normally up to 10 days after receiving the order, unless otherwise indicated on the website Challenge4fun. Valid only when the item available from stock. In articles that have not yet issued the delivery times are listed as accurately as possible by the manufacturers. The delivery times are indicative and not a deadline.
4.3. The delivery period of the product (in stock) in the Netherlands is on working days up to 48 hours and a maximum of 30 days abroad.

4.5. Any payments already made by the customer as soon as possible but in any event within fourteen (14) days after Challenge4fun in Article 4.4 above request is received to terminate the contract, returned to the customer’s bank account.
4.6. Challenge4fun reserves the right to make partial deliveries to the customer, the order will be sent in two or more installments.
4.7 If the customer several articles that have yet to come out at once ordered and paid for the items to be collected Challenge4fun to send at once. Want the customer already have previously arriving articles, it is possible to take away at this or by Challenge4fun to worry about shipping.
Return shipment to the customer remains responsible for the shipment until we have these received.
Accepted returns will be accepted by us only on condition that the resulting generated return undamaged and will be returned to us in original packaging.
5 Force majeure and / or special circumstances
5.1. Challenge4fun is not obliged to fulfill any obligation to the customer if it is prevented from doing so due to a circumstance that is not attributable to its fault or by law, legal act or generally accepted for its account in traffic.
5.2. Circumstances within the meaning of Article 5.1 include a business failure, a failure in the energy and material supply, transport delays, strikes and failure of timely delivery by suppliers.
6.1. The risk during transport of the products ordered by the customer for Challenge4fun. At the time of delivery of the product, or the moment that can reasonably be considered a delivery, the risk of the product to the customer, subject to the liabilities that can not legally be excluded by Challenge4fun.
7 Intellectual and industrial property
7.1. The customer must respect all intellectual and industrial property rights that are to respect completely and unconditionally delivered by Challenge4fun.
7.2. Challenge4fun does not guarantee that do not infringe delivered to the customer in any intellectual and / or industrial property rights of third parties, and accepts no liability for any claim by third parties based on the proposition that infringes on a case-supplied Challenge4fun on any rights of a third party.
8 Orders / communication
8.1. 8.2 Reservations of unreleased items, the customer must have a deposit of at least 10% in advance unless otherwise agreed between the client and Challenge4fun. Without payments the customer has no valid reservations. Customers who cared for down payment (partial or full) will at all times take precedence over others.
8.3 Once the customer has received notice that the article inside, and the customer has opted for takeout, the customer is required to collect the item within two weeks and to provide full payment. 9.3. 9.4. Challenge4fun reserves the right to refuse returned products or to only credit a portion of the amount already paid, if it is suspected that the product has been opened, used, or by the fault of the customer (other than those of Challenge4fun or supplier of the product) is damaged.
9.5. If a product is returned that has been damaged in the opinion of Challenge4fun which is due to an act or omission by the customer or otherwise at risk of the customer comes Challenge4fun will inform the customer in writing (fax, letter or e-mail ) letting someone know. 11.1. All complaints concerning delivery, quality, quality of the product or any other complaint will be taken seriously by Challenge4fun.
11.2. The customer must submit a complaint to Challenge4fun.
11.3. Challenge4fun shall within ten (10) days to try to resolve the complaint. Challenge4fun will inform the customer in writing (fax, letter or e-mail).
12.1. The personal customer information will be included in a file. These data will be used for the execution of the order of the customer. This information will not be provided to third parties.
12.2. Unless the customer has indicated that the customer does not appreciate it, the customer data will be entered in a central file of Challenge4fun. This data will be used to keep the customer up to date on the products and services of Challenge4fun. The processing of the data of the customer will be in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
12.3. Any credit card details of the customer – such as card number and expiry date – will be stored by Challenge4fun in any file.
12.4. The customer can optionally ask for access to the data recorded by Challenge4fun about the person of the customer file of Challenge4fun. The customer is entitled to require modification of the data, if the data is not correct.
13 Contact Challenge4fun

15 Governing law and dispute resolution
